Awful Day Ever
It all started with a terrible case of uncontrollable hair. I couldn't figure it to look right. As I was scrambling out the door, I trippedon and with a thud all over my new shoes. To make matters worse, I was extremely running behind for school.

By the time I got home, I was physically and emotionally wiped out. This day, this terrible day will be forever remembered as an epic fail.

A series/chain/cascade of unfortunate/awful/disastrous events unfolded/occurred/piled on top each other, leaving me feeling like I was in a nightmare/horror movie/comedy of errors. It's the kind of situation where you just want to throw your hands up.
